A Legacy Bottled
SINGLE-VINEYARD ORIGIN
The grapes were hand-picked from a certified single vineyard on the Belle Rebelle Estate. Both winemaking and distillation took place on the Estate in the historic Ou Stokery building, last used for brandy distillation in 1915/16. More than a century later, a true legend was reborn, resulting in one of the only certified Vintage Estate Potstill Brandies ever produced in South Africa.

TRUE VINTAGE BRANDY, NEVER BLENDED
Unlike the traditional Solera method, where barrels are topped up annually, creating a blend of multiple vintages, these barrels were filled once in 2015 and then left untouched for a full decade. No refilling. No blending. Pure 2015 expression. This is why the bottle proudly carries the 2015 Vintage on its label.
EXEPTIONALLY LIMITED PRODUCTION
Production has taken place every year since 2015, but availability is scarce, averaging only 700–1,000 bottles per year. In certain years, drought, low-yielding fruit, and the angels’ share significantly reduced the final volume.
The Belle Rebelle Vintage Potstill Estate Brandy is among the rarest expressions ever produced — defined by uncompromising craftsmanship, single-vineyard provenance, and exceptionally limited availability.
