Belle Rebelle Estate Brandy
Belle Rebelle Vintage Estate Potstill Brandy is a rare expression of South African brandy craftsmanship — a true vintage spirit distilled and matured entirely on the Belle Rebelle Estate.
Crafted from grapes hand-picked from a certified single vineyard, both the winemaking and distillation took place in the historic Ou Stokery. The spirit was filled into oak barrels in 2015 and left untouched for a full decade, never topped up or blended, preserving the pure character of the vintage.
After ten years of maturation, the brandy reveals layered aromas of dried apricot, honeyed raisins and orange peel, with notes of vanilla, toasted oak and warm spice. The palate is silky and full-bodied, leading to a long, elegant finish.
Produced in extremely limited quantities, it is a true collector’s spirit.
