Being a light, fruity and elegant wine it is ideal as an aperitif. But it will pair beautifully with smoked salmon, sushi or salads which is fruit based especially one’s with strawberries. For desert chocolate-covered berries or nougat will be a match made in heaven.

The blend of Pinot noir and Chardonnay resulted a pale pink colour. Elegant and fragrant notes of red fruit like strawberry and watermelon on the nose. On the palate this wine has light fine bubbles with refreshing acidity, with delicate red berries and white fruits that linger through the finish.
